All about Ellie
Life has somewhat revolved around Ellie this week. One peaceful afternoon, Ellie was so quietly “sleeping” in her room while our neighbors came for language practice. Near the end of our practice time, we heard Ellie rustling around in her room, and went in to get her after her “nice nap”. Instead, we found that she had discovered some wet-erase markers and drawn ALL OVER the nice white walls in bright colors. Each of the pictures below represents a different wall. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to remove this stuff?

It’s also been potty-training week for Ellie, so the week involved a lot of cleaning-up of Ellie’s messes. She has had some successes, much to our relief and delight.

Here’s one more shot of miss “innocent”

And just so the entry isn’t all about Ellie, here’s one of all of us. We did some hiking around Granada on Sunday, and this is one of the lookouts we hiked to.

Hmmm....Try some alcohol or some other solvent. But your best bet is probably going to be white paint :)

Oh Wendy.......what do those walls remind you of? .....brought back the memory of when Gloria did the same thing throughout our house when she was little! You ask her about it today and she will tell you she still remembers doing it:)

I think you should leave them there for decoration:) Just kidding- John David is probably right- white paint:) Or you could use this oppurtunity to paint the room a different color...:) Ellie's so cute, how can you get mad at her?

I was going to tell you that we covered our walls with paint but had to use a sealer first as the wax in the crayons bled right through it and it wouldn't cover it up!:) Wish I could come do it for you as I love to paint:)

Try a Mr. Clean brand "Magic Eraser"... it gets pen off of walls quite nicely! Good luck!

Sierra did the same thing as Ellie during her "nap" and Mr. Clean Magic Eraser took it right off. If they don't have them in Spain, I'll send you some!
